India is a land of diverse and multiple traditions and cultures. But the festival Diwali is celebrated with great pomp and show, and people wait for this festival for the whole year.  It is also called Deepawali and the festival of lights and lasts for five days usually. This year, it will be celebrated on November 4, Thursday, and a unique coincidence will be framed after the occurrence of four planets together in one zodiac.   It is celebrated during the month of Kartik, i.e., between mid-October and mid-November. This festival marks the victory of good over evil or light over darkness, or knowledge over ignorance.  This much-awaited festival is related to the worship of Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha. But, in various regions, it is the celebration of the day Lord Rama came back to Ayodhya with Mata Sita and brother Lakshmana after defeating Lanka's Ravana and a banvaas of 14 years. In Bengal, this festival coincides with the worship of Maa Kaali called Shyama Puja or Kali Puja, and it is to be performed at night. Varanasi will celebrate Dev Deepawali or Diwali of Gods after fifteen days of Diwali on 18^th November 2021. The celebration of Diwali also indicates the start of winters. On November 4, the auspicious time to worship is between 6:09 PM to 8:04 PM. It is a five-day festival and starts with Dhanteras and completes with Bhai Dooj.  People wear new clothes and worship Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha for happiness, wealth, and prosperity. It is believed that there will be no lack of money in one's life after offering prayers to Mata Lakshmi on this day. This Amavasya night is also considered auspicious for the Mantra Siddhi and chanting of Mantras. The whole ambiance shines with the light of the Diyas and candles.
